Argyle International Airport is a newly constructed airport and has been scheduled for opening in 2017. Argyle Airport has replaced St Vincent E T Joshua Airport. The Airport is unfortunately still, in part, under construction but nevertheless welcomed its first international plane to touch down in February 2017. Many flights are still largely charter flights, however, Caribbean Airlines and LIAT are now travelling to Argyle International Airport. Travellers are advised to familiarise themselves with airport updates.
The airport is in Argyle, about 10 miles (16km) from Kingstown.
